Terms of Use
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms apply to your use of zellihomepros.com, operated by Zelli Home Intelligence LLC. By using the site, you agree to them.
Prices and requests
Sending a request does not create a contract or oblige either of us to go ahead. Prices are based on the information you provide. If conditions on site differ, the price may change, and you'll be asked to approve any change before that work goes ahead. Your job is governed by the written agreement or approval for that work.
Information on this site
Service descriptions are general information, not professional advice for your specific home. If you have an emergency such as a gas smell, fire or electrical hazard, leave the home and call 911.
Your content
You confirm that you may share the photos and information you send, and you allow us to use them to price and perform your request.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, interfere with it, or submit false requests.
