How can you price a job from photos?
Many jobs can be priced from clear photos and a short description. You get a flat price or a range. If we cannot price it responsibly from photos, we will tell you and arrange a visit instead of guessing.
Will the price change after someone arrives?
The price is based on what we can see and what you tell us. If the work on site turns out to be different, you see the change and decide before that work goes ahead.
Who actually does the work?
Vetted, licensed and insured professionals in the relevant trade. We coordinate the job from your first message to completion, so you have one point of contact instead of a list of contractors.
Does it cost anything to ask for a price?

Do you handle hail and insurance claims?
We document storm damage and give you a written scope you can share with your insurer. Coverage decisions are between you and your insurance company, and we do not negotiate claims or waive deductibles.
